Is there parking at your location?

    Jalan Ipoh branch – we reserve 2-3 parking spaces in front of the shop for our patients only.

    Bangsar branch – there are 6 open parking spaces in the compound of the shop.

What are your prices like?

    Our pricing varies greatly depending on what is required and the complexity of the case.

    It’s recommended that you come in for a detailed checkup first before our doctors come up with a treatment plan and a price quotation.

How long will my procedure take?

    The length of the process depends on the treatment plan and its requirements. The doctors will give you an estimate of the duration after the initial consultation to help you plan things out.

Can I switch from one branch to the other?

    Yes, we have integrated our patient records to allow for seamless transition from one branch to another.

    Note that for certain procedures, our doctors may decide to perform it at one branch rather than the other, but we will inform you beforehand and facilitate everything for you.

Why do you require a separate appointment after initial consultation for diagnosis?

    At mydentist® we approach dentistry by holistic and complete treatment planning to provide the best care we can give.

    Our team of doctors work together to come up with the best treatment plan tailored to your specific needs, and this can take some time.

Do you treat children?

    Yes, we do. We treat patients of all ages from the young to the elderly. In fact, we encourage bringing kids in for regular checkups – good dental health starts from a young age!

Is dental treatment painful?

    Modern dentistry is striving towards pain-free experiences and mydentist® is no different.

    For certain procedures, we use local anaesthetics to make sure that your experience is as painless as possible. Our doctors will always make sure that you feel numb before we start the procedure.
